This website is operated by PixelTek. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pixeltek. PixelTek offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. All trademarks, service marks and trade names of PixelTek used in the site are trademarks or registered trademarks of PixelTek.com.

Warranty Disclaimer

We are only responsible for the part we replace for a limited lifetime warranty. Instrument Cluster will be inspected before return, and no extra issues with the instrument cluster will be covered. E.g. If a LCD screen is replaced, and stepper motor issues arise after repair, we are only responsible for the LCD screen.

This site and the materials and products on this site are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. PixelTek.ca does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. PixelTek.ca does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Repair and Estimation Terms

By placing an order for repair, estimation, or a free estimate service you certify that you are the devices rightful owner and that you agree and understand the following:

Repairing or attempting repair on a Instrument Cluster can cause the device not to power on under certain circumstances.
All repair work, attempts, and parts are not refundable.
Any physical damage and or liquid damage will not be covered by warranty.
PixelTek.ca is not responsible for any data loss.
PixelTek.ca is not responsible for any further damage that may result from any estimation or repair attempt.
A free repair estimate is only applicable if you choose to have the instrument cluster repaired or otherwise serviced, or if you do not want the instrument cluster back and request for it to be recycled. If you do not want your instrument cluster repaired or if it is unrepairable, a $20 fee will be assessed.
If customer supplies parts or spares for repair, warranty does not apply.
Water and liquid damage repairs may require additional replacement parts that will be quoted to the customer at time of liquid damage assessment.

Limitation of Liability
PixelTek.ca shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if PixelTek has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by PixelTek.ca without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

PixelTek.ca may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to PixelTek.ca.

Use of Site

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a PixelTek.ca or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. STORE TERMS

WE ARE ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PART WE REPLACE.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

If a PixelTek.ca product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, PixelTek.ca reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. PixelTek.ca reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, PixelTek.ca shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
