Before sending the unit in, perform all appropriate tests and scan the vehicle to rule out any faults that may originate outside of the instrument cluster.
If our testing determines that the unit is functioning properly and no fault is found, a diagnostic fee of $89 may be applied to cover the time and labor required for processing, testing, analyzing, diagnosing, and returning your unit.

Description
PIXELTEK DIAGNOSTIC SERVICE
This Pixeltek Diagnostic Service requires that you send your unit to us for a complete diagnostic evaluation and repair.
After we receive your instrument cluster, our technician will examine it on our test bench and then contact you to discuss the issues identified and propose a resolution.
Please include a detailed note inside the package describing all the problems you are experiencing and make sure to fill-up the repair agreement form that will be sent by email.
If you choose to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee will be deducted from the final repair cost.
