Repair and Estimation Terms

By submitting a device for repair, diagnostic evaluation, or a free estimate, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the device and that you agree to the following terms:

1. Non‑Refundable Services
   All repair services, diagnostic attempts, and replacement parts are strictly non‑refundable.

2. Warranty Exclusions
   Warranty coverage does not apply to any device exhibiting physical damage or liquid damage.

3. Free Diagnostic Policy
   A complimentary diagnostic is provided only if you proceed with a repair or replacement of the instrument cluster through our service.
   If you choose not to proceed, a $165 diagnostic fee will be charged to cover the time spent processing, analyzing, assessing, diagnosing, and returning the unit.

4. Customer-Supplied Parts
   If the customer supplies their own parts or components for the repair, no warranty will apply to the repair or the supplied parts.

5. Liquid Damage Repairs
   Devices affected by liquid damage may require additional replacement parts. Any additional costs will be quoted to the customer following a full liquid damage assessment.

6. Required Documentation
   All units submitted for repair must be accompanied by a fully completed Pixeltek Work Order Form.

Use of Site

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a PixelTek.ca or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. If a PixelTek.ca product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, PixelTek.ca reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. PixelTek.ca reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, PixelTek.ca shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Modification to the Services and Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
